Understanding the VERO Process

At this time, Ebay is the primary venue that many of us have experienced theft of our livelihood.
With such an unguarded venue to sell wares, infringements abound.
As a group, we will guide our members through the VERO process to suspend the auctions of the sellers who infringe upon
our intellectual copyrights and trademarks. The League will notify found copyright infringements for
non members as well, when we recognize their work, and educate those artisans about
VERO and provide them the paperwork to cancel infringing auctions.

VERO is taken seriously by ebay and sellers can lose the right to sell on ebay for life when a VERO action is taken against them.

The League will be monitoring all sales of all equine related products listed on ebay daily,
and infringing auctions will be captured as they exist at the time of the current auctions,
as well as all that were listed within the past 30 days.
If you are a seller of Equine art or photos, do not risk using images that you do not have a license to use.
Our league has closed thousands of auctions in the past 2 years through the VERO program, and
Our members take International Intellectual Copyrights seriously and forward all necessary information for the original
artisans to recoup monetary loses from listings found on ebay through their respective attorneys.
Those sellers who infringe upon the equine community of artisans are being carefully monitored by the EAP League.
